Elimination Of Extreme Evil
Detection and elimination of excessively bad people could be quite an ordinary and even relatively easy matter one day - with the help of a special technique which will scan the inner and outer aura of a man, respectively the energetic activity and vibrations of his spirit and of the beings who surround him and which he is connected with. For this purpose, a special computer programs could be made to diagnose the influence of a man to the entire human society (these programs would include astrology, graphology, typology etc.).
By the help of special detectors, extremely bad individuals would be located and eliminated by a humanistic way. When it can function in some extraterrestrial civilizations, why it could not function in the civilisation of ours?
I remind again that when the excessively bad would disappear from human society neither the too good should stay here since they do good to us but indirectly damage other universes or worlds. When you come to some good man who has an idea of mercy with creatures living in other universes and you will explain to him how the things are, then he will reduce his good a bit and will perform less of it in his universe to do not hurt that creatures.
For if we would extremely widen the good in our universe, its opposite - excessive evil - would have to either widen in it too, or take a place in other universes instead. Therefore we must get rid of the occurrence of both extreme evil and extreme good. Or we must not, since we have two choices:
1) We will eliminate excessive evil and only let here be excessive good and will be very happy as a whole, but we will damage some other universes through this. We will however take care of our own good and will take for a neighbor "only" another living being from our universe, but not from the other.
2) We will eliminate both excessive evil and excessive good, and will influence one another - including living creatures existing in other universes - in a calmly-harmonic way and will take them for our neighbors.

As it has already been told, in future human society we will have to get rid of all the extremes in human living, the negative above all.
And if the people's comings and goings are watched by means of the technique - and will be watched much more in the future, then let the observational equipment be programmed to also investigate the energetic emission of people and when someone is detected who has marks of the highest evil then let him be searched out and investigated by the members of special groups to confirm that he really has the marks of the highest evil.
Believe that a long range of the world mafia's people, above all the cursed "Devil's nation", has a very specific emission that will be possible to diagnose and detect in the future and so find the majority of the bad people who do harm to people most of all: dark mages and also those with extremely developed aggression and extreme criminal endowments. However, when doing a diagnose, the problem can occur that most of them manage to suppress their thoughts about devilish demonical world which they are connected to and to concentrate on their human side only and reach almost normal emission. Therefore the diagnostic equipments must be constructed in a way to be able to picture also the deeper, inner aura of investigated people.
How to eliminate the most evil people? We have two main possibilities:
1) Insufficiently efficient elimination
To decrease the number of the most evil people by making their reproduction disabled for them. They would be moved to selected places (e.g. islands) or transported to for-this-purposes-appointed planets where they could acceptably spend the rest of their lives; but they should not have weapons nor any matter it could be made from.
We won't torture them but at the same time we will have to throw them out of human society; but by a human way with the preservation of their human rights. And when we make it impossible for them to have childrens to whom they could pass their extreme evil endowments, despite it we will let them have some sexual pleasure: they will be allowed to have a sexual intercourse with holograms or infertile bitches to satisfy their sexual need.
2) Sufficiently efficient elimination
The best and most effective of all would be to eliminate excessively evil individuals by putting them to death (by painless euthanasia) to cannot do harm any further. For when we let them - alive and healthy - act somewhere, they could either set free themselves somehow or serve the evil at least by their thinking if not by visible deeds and it would also negatively display on human society.
(It is clear that the most evil people must be terminated. And those people wearing the marks of evil in such a degree only that is around the upper border of the normal range or crosses it a little bit only, may either be put in manner institutes or at least regularly go to ambulant controls and heal their sick character.)

The body of every society is people's thinking. First there is an idea and only then its realization in the matter. And therefore we must watch human feelings and thoughts but at the same time do not interfere in the people's privacy. It would be possible nonetheless and quite well. Control detectors and global diagnostic machines would only detect extreme values and their occurrence would automaticity report to the necessary authorities. So they would only detect the frequences of human feelings and thoughts which would not be in the norm. And they would ignore all the other and would not record them so the privacy of normal people would not be disturbed. In some extraterrestrial civilizations this control runs and functions quite well. And future human society can one day stand on this level too.
(It however is clear that the world's mafia will not want such precise parameters to appear in the detectable values which really could discover it's members! Therefore it will strive to make the detection work wrongly by inaccurate and worse way of its programming (for example detection of specific emissions of the people who have a conscious connection to the Devil). Therefore it will also want to get its agents among the people who will be in charge of the programming and production of respective software and detectors.)
First of all, a list of negative human naturalities - respectively energies - will be created and it will be detected when stepped over. Among such naturalities we will find excessive aggression, envy and egoism (often displayed as a brown color of aura: many egoists absorb positive energy from their vicinity in their favor and indirectly cause unhappiness to other people even though they themselves may give impression of good people who only want to live in peace) and vibrations of so-called "pure evil" (often displayed as a combination of grey and black color of aura, sometimes with a mixture of brown).
You who will one day set these parameters of undesirable values, please pay a big attention to the fact that the mafia of this world will have it's people among you and it will be in it's greatest interest to make you set the parameters incorrectly and to program the respective software wrongly. Let's remember that the mafia has it's people on all the critical positions who behave so inconspicuously and in the frame of their environment so normally that they are suspected neither by their co-workers nor even by the members of their own family if they do not belong to the mafia too.
And you, normal people, do not be afraid that some machine would report you if you got normally kinda angry or if a bad idea would come through your head for a little moment. Man's momentary mood is changable and belongs to the outside, superficial vibrations (outside aura). A real, long-lasting and deeply impressed evil is detected by the diagnose of inner emissions of a man with some little view to the outside one too. So if you would normally be worried for a short time, you would not be detected.
